So I finally got ahold of Jai this weekend..
Called on Saturday afternoon and she answered 
it herself.. I asked why she was such a chicken-
shit to end it with an email, she says:
  "I was mad at you.. I'm still mad at you.."
  Pause, like she's waiting for a big apology
that's going to make it all better.
  My turn, "So I called cause I need to know
when you're going to pay me back. You'll send 
the first payment Monday, right?"
  "Uhh.. well.."
  "Good, you'll send it on Monday. Thank you.
And you'll include a note that tells me the 
dates of the rest of the payments. Okay?"
 "Okay.."
 "Perfect. See ya." Click.
 I'm back in control of my destiny.
