On T.V. they had a video "photo-essay"
  of a charity sponsored trip to a carnival
  by a school bus full of speds. The entire
  thing was underdubbed with thumping techno
  and a soul singer. Speds on the ferris
  wheel, carousel, on a roller-coaster or
  eating a pogo. ->
